GoodSync Version 10 was discontinued in 2020, at which point it reached the end of its support lifecycle. As a result, perpetual licenses originally purchased for GoodSync 10 can no longer be used to activate the software. The activation infrastructure needed to support these older, unsupported releases can no longer be processed due to security concerns.
Perpetual licenses are no longer available, and existing perpetual licenses cannot be carried over or applied toward newer versions of GoodSync. To keep using GoodSync with continued support, security updates, and compatibility improvements, please see the upgrade options below.
Upgrade to GoodSync V12 Free
If your GoodSync account contains a purchased GoodSync V10 license and you do not already have a GoodSync V12 Personal license, you are eligible to upgrade to GoodSync V12 Personal at no additional cost.
How to upgrade:
- Log in to your GoodSync Account
- Go to the "Licenses" tab
- Select "Free Upgrade to GoodSync V12"
