If a conflict occurs with files that have no differences other than creation time, then the conflicts can be resolved by "Copying Time" instead of copying the file itself. This saves time and bandwidth as it does not require the full file to be transferred. The guide below shows this in action.
1) First, you need to know how to identify the issue as a time-related conflict. Below you can see that the "L Size" and "R Size" are the exact same. Note that the conflict is reported as "R:TimeSize." You can also see that the time is different for each file from Left to Right.
2) To resolve this error, right-click on the name of the job and select "Change Direction to" from the menu. You will see options to "Copy Time L to R" and "Copy Time R to L." Choose which time you would like to copy and then choose the appropriate option.
3) Once you have selected the appropriate option, you can confirm that the conflicts will be resolved by copying time by looking at the icon that is present in the middle column. When you have confirmed that the conflicts will be resolved by copying time, click "Sync" to complete the sync and resolve all conflicts.
4) Once the files are synced you will see an equal sign in the middle column signifying that the files are in sync and conflict-free.
