Timetable in GoodSync Control Center provides a centralized view of all automated job activity assigned to Runners.
When a job in Control Center has Auto (automation) options configured and is assigned to a Runner, it will appear in the Timetable tab. This tab allows administrators to easily review and manage how jobs are scheduled and executed across all assigned Runners.
From the Timetable view, you can interact with several elements:
• Clicking the Runner name opens the Runner configuration, where you can view all jobs and settings assigned to that specific Runner.
• Clicking the Job name opens the full Job configuration, allowing you to review or modify job settings, including Assigned Runners and other job options.
• Clicking the Automation details allows you to adjust how the job executes on the assigned Runner based on the Auto settings configured for that job.
Schedules within the Timetable are used to organize and control the automatic execution of jobs. This allows administrators to clearly see when jobs will run and to manage automation behavior across multiple devices from a single location.
On File Change
Monitors the source and/or destination for changes and replicates them in near real time.
Supported file systems:
- Windows file system and local disks (except the root folder)
- Windows network shares (except certain NAS devices that do not properly report file changes)
- Mac file system and local disks
- Any of the above file systems accessed remotely through the GSTP protocol using GoodSync Connect
On File Change Delay
Specifies how many seconds GoodSync waits after the last detected change before starting Analyze and Sync.
Note:
If additional changes occur during Analyze or Sync, they are detected and processed during the next Analyze cycle.
On Folders Connect
Runs Analyze and Sync when a specified location becomes available.
GoodSync checks every 3 minutes to determine whether the left and right folders are available.
The following events may speed up detection:
- Insertion or ejection of a portable volume
- Network connection or disconnection affecting FTP, SFTP, or WebDAV folders
Note:
This option should not be used together with On File Change mode, as On File Change overrides it.
Periodically (On Timer)
Runs Analyze and Sync automatically at regular intervals based on the configured hours and minutes.
On Schedule
Runs Analyze and Sync based on a defined schedule.
The following time units can be configured:
- Minute (0–59)
- Hour (0–23)
- Day of Month (1–31)
- Month (1–12)
- Day of Week (0=Sunday through 6=Saturday)
