Access to the Control Center is done through administrator accounts.
Creation of the company account creates the first, primary administrator. Additional administrator accounts can then be created from the Administrators tab.
Click CREATE NEW ADMINISTRATOR
Choose whether to create a New GoodSync Account or an Existing GoodSync Account.
- New GoodSync Account: Select this option if the administrator does not yet have a GoodSync account. This will automatically create an account for them to be able to log in to both the Control Center and the GoodSync Account (https://www.goodsync.com/manage/login)
- Existing GoodSync Account: Use for administrators who currently have a GoodSync account with https://www.goodsync.com/manage/login but not yet associated with any other Control Center account.
This will create another administrator account for the company, allowing access to another specified user.
The newly added administrator can now log in to the Control Center using the temporary password used when adding the administrator to the Control Center account. The administor can reset their password using the Forgot Password link on the main login page or follow How to reset my GoodSync Account password.
