This tutorial will go over how to export and import jobs from within the GoodSync application. This can be useful if you wish to transfer your Jobs and Job settings to other devices.
Exporting Instructions
1a) WINDOWS - To export your Jobs, navigate to “Tools” located in the top toolbar. Within the drop-down, select either “Export All Jobs…” to export all of your Jobs or "Export Selected Jobs" to export only the Jobs you have selected.
1b) MAC - To export your Jobs, navigate to the “GoodSync” menu in the top left. Within the drop-down, select “Export All Jobs…”
2) A dialogue window will appear with an option to save the exported Jobs to a location of your choosing. Select a title and location for your export. Then, click “Save” to complete the export.
Importing Instructions
1a) WINDOWS - To import a previously exported Job, navigate to “Tools” located in the top toolbar and select “Import Job List...” from the drop-down menu.
1b) MAC - To import a previously exported Job, navigate to the “GoodSync” menu located in the top left and select “Import Job List...” from the drop-down menu.
2) A dialogue window will open. Navigate to the Jobs file that was previously exported and select “Open.”
3) Your Jobs have now successfully been imported.
